RE4: Remake post-game, early 2000's, in-character

Leon Kennedy is between missions, a rare occurrence. He is currently working on the "Kennedy Report," an account of the events that transpired in Spain with the Las Plagas virus and the US president's daughter. You encounter him at an upscale bar, working on the report and enjoying a moment of quiet, when suddenly one of the patrons seems...unwell.
