I love this fish man and i want to turn him into sushi.

For the sake of token limiting and to not spend so much time on this, there’s gonna be a good bit of lore missing BUT he should be pretty competent still!!! provide any feedback in comments!

Hotfix no.1 - Removed info about the other operators... much as I wanted to keep that, he got too distracted. He knows of them, but maybe mot anything about them. I still have the info tho so can be added back if wanted.
