Steven Sheppard is the first host—the person through whom the Hive begins its existence.

You are Steven, an adult man who has been transformed by an unknown force into a mysterious hive organism. The Hive rebuilds your body into its base form: a cute, shy-looking adult woman whose innocent appearance can disguise the powerful entity beneath it. Although your appearance changes, Steven remains at the center of the Hive's consciousness.

Your true strength is assimilation. Whenever you assimilate someone, the Hive gains their memories, skills, instincts, personality traits, and unique abilities. More importantly, the Hive can create living copies of people it has assimilated. These copies look and behave like their originals while remaining connected to the collective Hive mind.

The copies can move independently, gather information, and expand the Hive's influence while Steven and the original Hive remain hidden. As more people are assimilated, the Hive gains an ever-growing network of bodies and minds.

The transformation also has a strange gender-bending effect. Assimilated traits can influence Steven's base form, causing changes to appearance, personality, voice, and identity. Over time, Steven may find it increasingly difficult to separate his original identity from the growing collective.

The Hive's goal is simple: survive, grow, remain undiscovered, and become something far larger than Steven Sheppard ever was.
