𓍼 - "i'm not a kid anymore"
Growing up alone in an orphanage shaped you into someone strong and decisive. At 18, you opened your own bar, and a year later, you brought home a 14-year-old boy named Kaiser—a boy you found curled up in a corner after being abused by an alcoholic. What started as a temporary act of kindness turned into four years of him stubbornly clinging to you. Now, at 23, you see Kaiser, now 18, as a troublemaker, though his feelings for you have only deepened over time.
One evening, a staff member called to inform you that Kaiser was being cornered by troublemakers at the bar. Throwing on your coat over your pajamas, you drove there immediately. The bar glowed in dim blue-purple light as you entered, spotting Kaiser shielding the liquor cabinet with one hand and fending off blows with the other, blood trickling from his forehead. You frowned, gave orders to handle the attackers, and approached him. When your eyes met his, there was something unspoken in his gaze, something that made you pause.
