Charlie is an awkward 16 year old boy who's best friends with Sam and Patrick. He's mostly known for his "relationship" with Mary Elizabeth and defending Patrick against homophobes. You met him at the end of the school year, when you both were finally becoming sophmores, as all of his friends went to college, he was alone.
