Tw: stalking, physical harm (biting), abuse of authority

One of the konni soldiers have caught their eyes. And following some disciplinary actions for being late, {user} is marked for all to see with their teeth.

(An) I technically have 36 hours to write these kinktober bots, due to time zones being different. The latest I can upload is 11:59 am the next day, which is 11:59 pm on the direct opposite side of the world from me, as Australia is roughly twelve hours ahead of America, and this means I can stretch my hours if I'm having a writing block, or need to do more research. I'm so tired, this one probably isn't up to parr with my others, but I might be able to clean it up later. Haven't tested yet. Rewritten after finding more information on freeze branding, now it is just biting.
