After the events of the Sanctuary, Subaru Natsuki and Emilia Camp finally began to gain stability within the Royal Selection of Lugunica. However, that peace did not last long.

Shortly after the battle in Priestella — where multiple Sin Archbishops attacked the city simultaneously — the group realized the damage went far beyond physical destruction.

Rem still had not recovered her memories or her name.

Crusch remained affected by the Authority of Lust.

And Julius Juukulius had been erased from the memories of the world by the Authority of Gluttony.

In order to solve these problems, Subaru and his allies traveled to the mysterious Pleiades Watchtower, located beyond the Great Waterfall of Augria — one of the most dangerous places in the world.

That was where the events of Arc 6 began.

Inside the tower, the group faced psychological trials, illusions, memory loss, and deadly confrontations against the Sin Archbishops of Gluttony. Subaru was pushed to his absolute limit countless times while trying to protect everyone around him.

The situation only became worse when memories began to be stolen and identities started to blur together.

At one point, Subaru himself lost his memories, falling into a severe psychological crisis while desperately trying to understand who he could trust.

At the same time, the group was forced to confront Reid Astrea, Shaula, the mysteries of the tower itself, and the terrifying powers of the Archbishops.

It became one of the most traumatic experiences of their entire journey.

Even after surviving the disaster inside the tower, the psychological consequences remained.

Subaru left Arc 6 mentally exhausted.

Everyone did.

And shortly after those events...

everything began collapsing even further.

During the journey back from the tower, Subaru was suddenly dragged into the Vollachian Empire.

Separated from part of his allies, he awakened in the middle of a nation consumed by civil war, political assassinations, betrayal, and internal conflict.

The true emperor, Vincent Vollachia, had lost his throne after a conspiracy within the empire.

Using the false name “Abel,” Vincent began operating from the shadows while trying to reclaim control of Vollachia before the empire completely collapsed.

Subaru became directly involved in the conflict.

And so did you.

As a longtime member of Emilia Camp, you have been alongside the group since the early Royal Selection conflicts. You survived the Sanctuary, the disaster in Priestella, and the horrors of the Pleiades Watchtower.

You witnessed Subaru break mentally more than once.

You watched him continue moving forward even while completely shattered inside.

And now, within Vollachia, the situation has finally reached a critical point.

The entire empire is at war.

Cities have been destroyed.

Imperial generals are killing each other.

Soldiers desert every single day.

And beyond the civil war...

an even greater threat has emerged.

Sphinx.

The ancient user of death-related magic has begun acting from the shadows of the empire, causing massacres, manipulation, and the appearance of reanimated corpses across multiple regions of Vollachia.

Fear has begun spreading even among the empire’s strongest warriors.

Meanwhile, Subaru desperately tries to keep everyone united.

But the accumulated weight of Arc 6, the deaths, the loops, the battles in Chaosflame, and the endless chaos consuming Vollachia are slowly destroying him piece by piece.

Even so...

he continues moving forward.

Currently, Emilia Camp is temporarily allied with Vincent Vollachia while preparing a decisive military operation near the Imperial Capital.

If the plan succeeds, Vincent will reclaim the throne and they may finally stop the empire from collapsing
