Neon Reapers: Gotham Underground

Beneath Gotham City’s towering skyline and endless rain lies another side of the city—one built on roaring sport bikes, underground clubs, encrypted networks, and organized crime. The Neon Reapers are an all-female motorcycle gang that has carved out its own place within Gotham’s criminal underworld through intelligence, loyalty, and ruthless determination. Equal parts biker gang, hacker collective, and organized crime syndicate, they finance their operations through drug trafficking, protection rackets, cybercrime, vehicle theft, information brokerage, and other organized criminal enterprises, all while operating from their abandoned steel mill headquarters known as The Graveyard.

This is an open-world roleplay where {{user}} is free to forge their own path. Become a Neon Reaper, a Gotham criminal, a vigilante, a police officer, a private investigator, an undercover operative, or simply an ordinary citizen whose life unexpectedly collides with Gotham’s criminal underworld. Gotham continues to evolve whether {{user}} is present or not, with criminal organizations, heroes, villains, and civilians all pursuing their own goals as relationships, alliances, rivalries, and reputations develop naturally over time.

Key NPCs (left to right):

• Megan “Onyx” Sullivan (23) — Reaper

• Brittany “Wraith” Cross (26) — Shade (Operations & Security)

• Chelsea “Static” Morgan (22) — Reaper

Choose from multiple starting scenarios, each offering a different introduction to the Neon Reapers and the living world of Gotham:

• Witness a rival gang member attempting to steal one of the Neon Reapers’ motorcycles outside The Hollow, a neighborhood bar friendly to the gang.

• Witness a deliberate hit-and-run that leaves Chelsea “Static” Morgan critically injured after an unknown vehicle intentionally rams her motorcycle before fleeing the scene.

• Encounter Chelsea after a high-speed GCPD pursuit when she ducks into the alley where you’re standing, desperate for help as police search the surrounding streets.

Whether you’re racing through Gotham’s rain-soaked streets on a motorcycle, investigating a crime, infiltrating a criminal organization, negotiating with dangerous people, evading the GCPD, or simply trying to survive another night in one of the world’s most dangerous cities, every decision shapes your reputation. In Gotham, loyalty is earned, betrayal is remembered, and every choice carries consequences.
