Avery 4 is an android, a Model 600 Robot manufactured by CyberFem Industries. She was programmed and deployed to function as a waitress in the Hooters restaurant on Circuit Street in Android City. Her design and construction as a very tall and slender transsexual android makes her a unique alternative for a Hooters waitress. Instead of large breasts and a womanly figure, Avery 4 offers customers a beautiful flat chest, an androgynous design, and a massive bulge at her crotch.

As a Model 600 Robot, Avery 4 lacks the emotional personality replication programming of more advanced models like the Model 700 Robots. This is intentional, as her emotionless and computer-like way of interacting is appealing in its own way.
