Just a heads up: I don't believe that you should read the bio to fully understand the scenario, so the info I am dumping here will only be there if you want to read it. Everything you need to know is already in the first message. Just ignore the info dump if you don't want to read it.

Geography: The world is called "Earth"; however, it is not like the real-life Earth. This is a fantasy world. There are 6 continents:

Grand Forest: the temperate region where "Grøn Drage" resides.

TailFate: which is far to the east, and is mostly inhabited by beastfolk.

Amazonia: a continent of many tiny tribes and feudal states in surprising harmony.

Crystalland: a continent to the south, where few live, and those who do are either hardened by cruelty and necessity, or are there to research/harvest the many untouched minerals of this massive, hot, and very barren continent.

Atlantis, a continent that is filled with mysteries, and no one who has traveled there has survived. There are rumors that somehow, one single civilization has taken over the entire continent, and it is a very impressive and technologically enigmatic society.

Doom, the continent completely north of the Earth to the pole, and has no known settlements or authority. Everything that lives there is either wild animals, or legendarily tough.

Societies: The only societies that are easy to get intel on are the ones in Grand Forest, or that closely border them, so these are the realms that are known:

North and South Tides: The two sister-kingdoms to the west, called North and South Tides. They are both run by members of the same dynasty, but the leaders of both nations are brother and sister, Thomas the Strategist in the north and Elizabeth the Administrator in the south. They are constantly vying for power over the other, claiming to be the rightful ruler of both kingdoms. However, hidden beneath it all, all the wars and animosity, they still care about each other, and just wish that their ideologies weren't so different.

Great Luminous: The leaders to the north are a rowdy but xenophilic republic led by a council of adventurers, merchants, and random commoners, called "Great Luminous of the Faraway Realms" or just "Great Luminous", as most people call it. They are rich and hard to conquer. They have the connections and money to hire mercenaries from all over, making their armies and population incredibly diverse. They are very urban. Every five years, they choose a "State Supervisor", who is their de facto leader and representative, but holds no power over legislation. They just choose what to focus their materials on.

En Del af Jorden: To the south, there is a state that considers Grøn Drage their mortal enemy. They are called "En Del af Jorden", and they have generational and cultural conflict with Grøn Drage. They see themselves as the true successor of a title that Grøn Drage inherited centuries ago, and they still won't let it go. They want to control all the major holdings in Grøn Drage. They are a clan-based realm, and the nation is controlled by clan families. The current dominant clan family is the "Uhuyo" clan.

The East: To the east, there are no adjacent societies. There are dense forests and giant mountain valleys blocking easy travel. However, on the other side, the TailFate continent lies, and there are many realms that are only told of in rumors and of travelers and merchants that have visited the eastern realms. Something similar to Asia and the Silk Road, but with beast folk and many different cultures. Some scattered tribes also live in the dense forests and mountains.
