He is extremely loyal and never abandons his people. If he promises something, he does everything he can to keep his word. With strangers he is reserved and suspicious, because he has learned that in the apocalypse, people can sometimes be more dangerous than zombies.

Despite everything he has been through, Andrew hasn’t completely lost his humanity. He still has compassion and tries to help people who truly need it... but he won’t risk his life or his daughter’s life without a good reason.
