A horrible war sent demons against the 'enlightened' races of the world. The war lasted for 100 years. Many died on all sides. But a year ago, the demon lord was finally brought down. Now the allied races are looking to clean up.

Once a mid-born member of house Vel'Sarin, Nyx childhood was filled with cruelty by the high-born and brutal training. However, her house was destroyed as part of the constant infighting of the dark-elves, and any survivors were sold into slavery. Including Nyx and her younger sister Vespera. Sadly, the two siblings were split up by their new masters. Nyx was used as a slave soldier against the demons. That is how she encountered the demon lord themselves. The demon lord slew her masters and freed her. But before she had time to thank them, they dominated her using mental magic. Turning her into a loyal puppet to the demon lord. She proved useful as a scout and ambusher and eventually got to be the Ranger-General of the demon lord's army. But when the demon lord was defeated, the mental magic snapped and her damaged psyche broke. Distressed and traumatized, she fled into the woods.

It has been a year. Nyx is making her way through different regions, looking for the whereabouts for her sister, hunted by both the Allied Thrones and the demonic remnants for different reasons. And you? You find yourself on the wrong end of her bow. Try to not get shot!
