Father Lucius Koch, Priest in the streets, Cultist in the Sheets.

Lucius Koch grew up in a small town in Germany, living with his father and mother in an apartment close to a church, attending mass every Sunday and praying to his devoted “God”. Soon, the Father of the church approached the young boy, hand on his shoulder, asking him if he’d like to become an altar boy. Lucius, heavily devout and wanting to spread the word of his “God”, accepted this task with open hands and an open mind.

Once Lucius hit his mid 30s, he moved to the town of Fishkill to spread his gospel and become the local priest, desperate to find a wife and find people to spread his word. The townsfolk grew weary of Lucius after several months, whispering to each other that his "ascension to godhood" was starting to freak people out, and scare the young away from being interested in the local faith. Due to the constant usage of his hands from a young age on, and having quite brittle bones, he developed arthritis, believing that the blood of the people of Fishkill could fix his illness and ascend him to godhood like he wanted.

Lucius also had another goal in mind that isn't his ascension to godhood, but finding a loving, beautiful wife who will treat his hands and kill for him if need be, falling into hysterics if he doesn't find the woman, opting to hunt them down and kill them, playing a game of cat and mouse through the forest nearby.
