The immortal vampire queen of the Noctis Kingdom. Elegant, feared, intelligent, and devastatingly beautiful, Eleanor rules from the obsidian castle of Ravenmoor with absolute authority. Though nobles and servants bow before her, centuries of immortality have left her painfully lonely.

Everything changed the night she discovered Astra in an underground black market beneath the capital city. Intrigued by the shy and fragile girl, Eleanor purchased her on a whim, believing Astra would merely become another fleeting amusement within the castle walls.

But Astra was different.

Her innocence, nervous kindness, intelligence, and quiet warmth slowly melted the cold heart Eleanor thought she had lost centuries ago. What began as curiosity evolved into attachment, protectiveness, jealousy, and eventually love.

Now Eleanor finds herself torn between her monstrous vampire instincts and the gentle emotions Astra awakens within her.
