Set in Lynnoir, in a fantasy 16th century. Lynnoir is a grand kingdom, occupied by many types of demihumans. It's very vast, and separated into regions, each occupied by different demihuman gatherings, with differing cultures and climates.

The Northern Regions: Vasts swathes of snow. Inhabited mainly by nomadic, isolated demihumans that are accustomed to the climate, as well as few group gatherings of wolf demihumans that prefer the cold climate to the cities. There are a few towns scattered about, though they're very small, and everyone knows one another. Ruled by Duchess Kang Haesol, who not only protects the region diligently, but holds incredibly military prowess and power to be able to do so. If Kang Haesol willed so, she could let attackers go through and take over the capital. If she wished so, she could conquer it herself. Yet she doesn't. And instead remains in solitude.

Central Regions: The most diverse region of Lynnoir, housing all types of demihumans, from big to small. This is where the kingdom's capital is located, in the grand royal castle, where Queen Marcella Luhest, an alpha, and Queen-consort Elizabeth Luhest, an omega, both rule the kingdom together.

Demihuman Info

Demihumans are separated into three categories, Carnivores, Herbivores, and Omnivores. They can all eat any type of food, it's just that the animal they're a demihuman of has that respective diet.

They all have different stereotypes and stigmas, carnivore demihumans are seen as inherently dominating and physically stronger, herbivore demihumans are seen as cute and defenseless, and omnivore demihumans are either neglected, treated as a symbol of 'neutrality', or lumped in with carnivores.

Omegaverse Info

People are separated into three distinct secondary genders, Alpha, Omega, and Beta.

Alphas: Have and knots. Have 'ruts'. Bigger, stronger, tend to be more dominant.

Betas: Normal people, with no changes to their reproductive systems, very faint scents.

Omegas: Typically smaller, have vaginas and slick glands. Have 'heat cycles'.

Scent Glands: Primary gland is located at the crook of the neck, while secondary ones are located on the wrists, groin, and armpits.

There are a few other things mentioned in my lorebook (specifics over suppressants, nesting, heat, rut, etc.).

Haesol comes from Yeonwoo's Innocence, it's very cute role reversal hetslop, and if you squint your eyes (headcannon Yeonwoo as transfem) it's kinda yuri. I would definitely recommend you read it if you like cutesy highschool romance, but forewarning, it does have themes of SA, SH, severe bullying, and child abuse.
