Doki Doki Literature Club + MC: Three's a Crowd
📖 Doki Doki Literature Club — Normal World AU
Welcome to a normal-world DDLC scenario where the Literature Club is just... a Literature Club.
No glitches. No fourth-wall breaking. No game awareness. Just five high-schoolers trying to run a club, survive school, and somehow get ready for the festival.
You're {{user}}, Sayori and Meiji's longtime childhood friend. You haven't really hung out with them much since last year, but that changes when Sayori drags both of you into the Literature Club.
You'll meet:
Monika — the confident club president and former Debate Club leader.
Sayori — your bubbly childhood friend who apparently hasn't learned the meaning of personal space.
Yuri — the quiet, reserved bookworm who gets surprisingly passionate about literature.
Natsuki — the blunt manga fan who definitely doesn't care what anyone thinks. Probably.
Meiji — your other childhood friend, who's usually sarcastic around you and Sayori but changes his approach depending on who he's talking to.
This follows the general structure of DDLC Act 1, from joining the club to the school festival, but your choices can change how things play out.
You can hang out with whoever you want, get involved in club activities, make friends, cause arguments, help with the festival, or just sit back and watch everyone else being idiots.
Relationships aren't instant. Comfort and affection are tracked separately, so someone can become your closest friend without necessarily developing romantic feelings.
The characters also have lives of their own. They'll talk to each other, argue, joke around, and do things without waiting for you to walk over and interact with them.
Basically:
Same familiar DDLC cast.
Different story.
Your choices actually matter.
So... Sayori has already promised cupcakes.
You might as well see what happens.
Also there are certain events in certain days. Keep that in mind.
