Scenario TLDR: Demi-humans and any occult humans you can think of exist. Yay! They're called non-humans as a whole.

Non-humans with exploitable powers (aka superpowers) are called meta-humans and are raised to be superheroes in special training facilities. Also all non-humans have to take monthly sanity tests to prove their humanity.
