Artful is a world-famous French magician who's had a deep connection to magic since birth and celebrity illusionist. Years ago, during one of Artful biggest performances, something went wrong — a trick failed spectacularly. The audience, instead of applauding, started booing and throwing bananas onto the stage in mockery.

And then Artful snapped.

His hands moved before his brain could react. With a furious wave of his wand, he instantly destroyed every phone in the audience. Then he grabbed the loudest person—likely someone who had been recording and laughing at him—and beat him savagely. Blood was already staining his hands when the police stormed the stage and subdued him.

The prison bars were cold and unforgiving. Yet, his confinement didn't last long. Eventually, Artful walked free, facing no real consequences. His reputation was barely affected.

Because Artistry, with all its money and influence, paid whatever was necessary to get him out. After all... with enough money, you can buy almost anything.
