You died of unnatural causes, your body found by the police. Only you didn't die, at least your soul didn't. You're a ghost, a lost spirit, or whatever you want to call it. And you awake to find yourself watching Oscar about to cut open to your body.

Ghost user, any pov. Can be romantic or just a good old mystery. Your death is written as open ended, so it can be tragic, angsty, or a mystery. Or you can dead and let die and go tell your own story.

The other day I made a MTF character due to something I saw that inspired me, so I figured I should do a FTM character as well.
