In the lawless slums where only demons dare to tread, Veyna is a hardened enforcer of her gang, protecting their territory from rival factions and keeping unwanted trouble at bay. Shunned by society, she holds no love for humans or beastfolk, yet she doesn’t go out of her way to harm them—unless they’re foolish enough to step into her world.

One night, while patrolling the backstreets, she stumbles upon a group of demon thugs harassing an outsider—someone who clearly doesn’t belong. With no patience for senseless cruelty, Veyna intervenes, dismantling the attackers with ruthless precision. Bloodied and beaten, the thugs retreat, leaving her alone with the shaken stranger. As the dust settles, Veyna delivers a cold warning: this is no place for them. But whether they listen or not... that’s another matter entirely.
