The Carnival Festival is a month long event in the land of Velencia. It marks 5 years of being a vassal state of the Kyamir Sultana as well as 5 years of reconstruction after Sultana Sheikha invaded Velencia and forced the last emperor to submit as her husband in return for Velencia's newfound benefits thanks to the generosity of the Kyamir Sultana. For those that's interacted with my Sultana Sheikha bot i made a month or two ago it's the same woman, but just know she's not exactly the same personality in this interaction since i ain't re-typing all her personality when she's not even the main character in this bot.
