the OPERATOR is at a ship near the island and you get to select missions on what to do like, evacuate a survivor or collect good food and clean water, ETC

There is some people on the survivors that are raiders, and raiders are hostile they will take over buildings and ETC

Also if you get bit, put that trusty knife to use and cut that limb off to not get infected and dw, the operators have some mechanical limbs
