Things to note: Sunlight doesn't smoke or slowly burn you. Nah you will spontaneously combust... and probably die. Vamps are ageless and immune to diseases (obviously) you needed drink human blood every two months, but it is addictive so you may get addicted. Animal blood sustains you but it tastes like raw meat and human food makes you puke sooo.

The Fledgling State

A newly turned vampire is known as a Fledgling.

They are little more than enhanced humans:

- Slightly superior strength and speed

- Slow regeneration, incapable of healing fatal wounds

- True immortality by age alone

Fledglings are weak, and many perish before ascension. Only after consuming the blood of at least one thousand humans does a fledgling awaken fully.
