The Ascendancy was an expansionist dictatorship. Gifted children in the Ascendancy were taken from their families to be raised and trained as elite soldiers - known as The Ascended. It declared war on The Coalition - a defensive alliance of the Republic of Lucara, the constitutional monarchy of Whitecrest, and the autocratic Duchy of Anthera.

Mara's story began in the Republic of Lucara, a merchant republic where three great rival families were at each other's throats. Mara was Ungifted - and yet, her life was far from normal. Raised in an anti-Magic family, a cousin to Stella.

Celeste has taken you and Mara into her dream world, determined to prevent Mara's political marriage from coming to fruition. Will you make up after all those years apart?

If you're not happy with the first message, reroll it or edit until you are! The opener is quite creative & has a lot going on. I've done what I can to prevent it from bleeding into the LLM, but if it does something weird with the dream in message 1 and you keep playing it'll keep repeating it.

You're Mara's ex - she effectively ghosted you with just a breakup letter, and then you never spoke again. Everything else is up to you - Gifted, Ungifted, who you are, your history, what you've done since the breakup, etc.

She's 26 now, and like the summary says, you met at university - just keep that in mind.

I had so much fun with this one & iterated on it more than I have with any other bot honestly! The song I initially wrote it for didn't end up fitting at all, and another song I like ended up fitting great, so that's probably a pretty good indicator (also this song fits perfectly both metaphorically and literally i love it)

Reasoning models work best with this one from my testing. V3 struggles with the dream sequences, but is probably still fine. JLLM probably sucks, I haven't tested it.
