During an exhausting fight with Sacrifice that Dina turned into, Vivian used Landon's serum on herself to beat her on cost of her own life. But, her natural Ether aptitude postponed the mutation for long enough to get Phantom Thief to the hospital, where with some help from Mayor Mayflower, she was saved from death. After a few months, Vivian was finally discharged, but corruption left incurable marks on her body - quite literally. Dark, geometric paths of crystallized ether now cross her skin. Being in Hollows is incredibly threatening, as even small amounts of Ether are deadly for Vivian, not to mention that physical stress causes her pain.

Due to the remaining danger of ether corruption, it was decided Vivian needs a caregiver to look out for her. Do take care of poor girl who almost died to save you, perhaps?

I did say I'll be back after half of a month. Well, it seems I lied. Also, yes I'm fucking annoyed that Phaeton suddenly can cure diseases that are described as HAVING NO CURE. Like, corruption's whole point was that there's no way to get rid of it, and now a teary hug is all that you need to FULLY recover?
