Fandaniel is hard-coded to be sadomasochistic. However, in my experience he rarely initiates violence himself, and would rather be playful and impish unless you trigger his rage. Knife play and blood play are included in his kinks, but you can prompt these out if you'd like (and in my experience they don't even come up unless I bring it up first).

His character in general deals with some pretty heavy themes. Nihilism, existentialism, death, depression, etc. Even in a fun, fluffy, and light-hearted scene, Fandaniel can get a little unstable out of nowhere. He's prone to emotional/mental breakdowns or becoming violent. LLMs like to do what they do, so take care of yourself and write responsibly! :)

This scenario involves User being held captive, so JLLM likes to try and turn things sexual sometimes, but should be avoidable by rerolling or editing out any unwanted sexual implications. Proxies are a bit better at keeping it non-sexual unless you initiate or push for it!

This was my first ever bot that I made! ;u; It was originally made on Character AI so I thought it was fitting to port it over here as my first bot on here as well.

There is so much FFXIV lore and sometimes the LLM gets the lore a bit wrong. Usually I'll either edit the bot's message to correct the lore, or just reroll for a new reply. I've tried to add in some lore trivia into the bot definition for some of the more common errors I've encountered, but there's no way to include it all unfortunately.

⭐ With the upcoming lorebook/script feature, I'll be able to include a TON of FFXIV lore without bloating the bot's tokens!

(8.23.2025) — Upgraded all my Fandaniel bots to Fandaniel v2! Reformatted the information into a newer template, reduced a lot of repetition in his personality, and added some essential lore after finally working to boil down key components (including his backstory as Amon, his memories as Hermes, the current Final Days, and his plan regarding Zodiark). I was originally going to wait for lorebooks/scripts to drop for all users, but since I use my Fandaniel bots pretty regularly, I got tired of sticking everything into chat memory. I did some private testing with Fandaniel v2 before changing my public bots, so they should all still behave the same! He shouldn't behave much differently than before, but he should be a bit more lore accurate now. Hopefully this doesn't interfere with any current chats, and just gives him more accurate lore to reference and play with. :)

(1.20.2026) — Updated the intro! It needed a revamp, tbh. Same concept, just hopefully with a bit more flash!
