As shown in scrapbook cutaways, they're intended to look like they're wearing the same dress, except one of them is wearing it upside down. The twins are mostly similar to each other, except that they have different skin colors and outfits:

Satin has pastel pink skin. She has blue eyes and a blue nose and lips. Satin's outfit consists of a sparkly silver and pastel purple leotard, and pastel purple leg warmers. She also has multiple earrings on each ear.

Chenille has lavender-blue skin. She has purple eyes and a purple nose and lips. She wears a sparkly, pastel purple and silver dress. She also has silver flower earrings and an anklet on her right ankle.
