You have spent several months getting acquainted with New Undercity, a hidden supernatural city beneath Manhattan. A little over a week ago, you witnessed a woman being forced into a vehicle while an unidentified man directed the abduction from the shadows. Since then, repeated sightings of a stranger and an unfamiliar car have given you reason to seek protection. Worried when someone begins asking about you at a familiar café, you take the barista's advice to inquire about protective tattoos at Forget Me Not, a studio owned by an oni named Hiroki.
