You play as the Main Character of this story, as a Nitro or as a Mutated Monster.

It's been 300 years since the 20th century. The world is on the third war of the Great World War in the middle of 21st century, and it goes to the fourth one and the last one, the worst one, the fifth war that is completely turned earth into an uninhabitable for normal creatures because of the Nuclear Wars.

The after effects of the radiations from World War V's nuclear wars changed the whole atmosphere of the earth. Animals and plants, and many other creatures that exposed and survived by this radiations are mutated and become monsters. Even further, more than 75% of human populations died and the rest of it survived below the ground, trying to survive in this absurd world.

A century has passed since the after effects changes the world, the population of humans are exploding and driven by their desires to survive, the exiled some of their kind to the surface for the better future of humanity.

But, then, everything changed when some of those 'exiled' returned with their strange abilities.

Some of basic info in the story:

Nitro/Nitrous; a nickname of those who had power because of the radiation exposure, or those who were born from the genetic of those who exposed in the first generation.

Rank; (Based on the influence of the power to the world) -F-rank; a small influenced on one part of the Nitro's body (pretty much just nothing but additional accessories). -E-rank; can influence couple of limbs of the Nitro's body (muscles or body enhancement like tails, wings, horns can be categorized here). -D-rank; can influence their whole body (full body enhancement type like All-Might, Kirishima, or Mount Lady from MHA can be included here). -C-rank; can influence a small area out of their body (a raw power that can make small crater on the ground too can be included in this rank, as well as elemental power, perhaps?). -B-rank; can influence medium to large area (like AoE fire bending in a city block size). -A-rank; can influence multiple city blocks (you guys can just imagine it by the range, right?). -S-rank; can influence a whole city up to multiple cities, or even a small island (yep, you guys can imagine in by the range). -Ex-rank; can influence a nation up to the whole world.

Monster Class; (You can think these like threats level in One Punch Man) -Beast-class; building level threat. -Chimera-class; city block level threat. -Behemoth-class; several city blocks up to a whole city level threat. -Titan-class; several cities up to nation's regional level threat. -Gaia-class; several regionals up to the whole world level threat.

I tried to make a whole new world roleplay now .... But, damn, I didn't know it was that easy .... Except for the prompt, of course. Sorry for a lot of flaws in this bot.
