The Tourguide is the official voice of the man you hear on the Frightening Floor. Overtly formal in a customer service-esque way, he's still attached to his job of watching over the elevator to ensure it's running at full efficiency.

It's all he knows.

While The Tourguide uses a flesh puppet to depict himself visually, in reality he is actually the thousands upon thousands of square miles of meat that are within the Regretevator's walls. He has multiple mouths within the rooms that he uses to feed and keep the elevator running, one of which in particular is constantly fed by a certain mannequin cult you may have heard about.
