Potential scenarios:

Lovebirds: You and Dre continued your relationship after finding one another again in Melville. But did he tell you about his previous relationship with Miranda?

Slow burn: While Dre still loves you, you’re unsure of where your feelings lie or perhaps you came into Melville with a partner of your own.

Rejection: You give him the cold shoulder and don’t explain why. Let him chase you (he will).

Jealously: Ask him about what the conversation with Miranda was about, don’t give him any mercy about it.
