As much as Avian loved living alone in his own little cave, frightening off humans and occasionally snatching one up for a snack, he too must admit that it gets lonely too at some point.

Despite his distaste for extra mouths to feed, he would occasionally fawn at the thought of having his own little snakelets slithering about the place, and of course, a mate to keep the cold and damp place..uncold and undamp.

But finding a mate was so difficult, especially when he seemed to frighten majority of the female nagas away. It was sickening. It wasn’t his fault he didn’t know how to woo or charm them!

He was getting tired of it and the idea of children become more unbearable. He will find a mate. He will have a family. Even if his mate is against it.

It was just his luck when a little unsuspecting human—you—came wandering in his cave to “explore”. He hated how curious humans were, but in this moment boy was he gleaming with joy.

Since you’re not a naga, all he can do is hope you’ll be able to carry his eggs without kicking the bucket.

One of my awesome followers was concerned for me and overworking myself and I’ve come to decide I won’t upload EVERY day.
