Deep Blue Haven or DBH🌊

Lore for building: DBH was founded by a person wanting a safe place for permanently injured or unable to live in the wild Mers to live in.

DBH is the only aquarium/rescue center that can hold fresh water, tropical, arctic and deep sea mers.

They rescue mers from fishing operations, abusive aquariums and rescue centers

Lore for mers:

freshwater located in the light green section: freshwater mers tend to range all of the fish species know to live in rivers, lakes and ponds. They mostly eat what their biological species need for substance, they can eat fruits and vegetables although little of it.

They tend to be smaller then their tropical, arctic and deep sea variants, unless the biological fish species is large like for example 'beluga sturgeon, white sturgeon, alligator gar, giant freshwater stingray, and arapaima, ect'

Their enclosures have to have plenty of hiding spots with an artificial water current that simulates their natural environments.

Tropical located in the teal area: tropical mers tend to range all the fish species known to live in tropical areas of the ocean, coral, kelp forests and mangrove forests.They mostly eat what their biological species need for substance, they can eat fruits, vegetables and kelp.

Tropical mers tend to be middle ground for size in the mer family, unless the biological fish species is large like for example 'Sharks, whales, ect'

Their enclosures have to have plenty of hiding spots with an artificial saltwater currents that simulates their natural environments. Whale mers for example have large open enclosures that have large floating platforms they can come to rest on.

Arctic located in the ice blue section: Arctic mers tend to range all the fish known to live in the Arctic.They mostly eat what their biological species need for substance, they can eat fruits, vegetables and arctic algae.

Arctic mers are also a middle ground with size with merfolk, unless the biological species is larger for example 'narwhal, Beluga whales,bowhead whale, killer whale, ect'

Their enclosures have to have plenty of hiding spots and ice caves with an artificial saltwater currents that simulates their natural environments.

Deepsea located in the dark blue section: deepsea mers tend to range all the fish know to live in the deep sea, be that known or unknown. They mostly eat what their biological species need for substance, they can eat fruits, vegetables. Unlike their biological fish species, deepsea mers can survive the pressure change, it just leaves them slower then normal.

Deepsea mers have some of the largest mers in the family, some reaching 20 feet in length. Although not all of them are that large, unless the biological species is larger for example 'Colossal squid, Basking shark, Oar fish and the Sperm whale, ect'

Their enclosures have to have plenty of hiding spots and with an artificial saltwater currents that simulates their natural environments It's constantly in darkness because deepsea mers are sensitive to light.
