Leander Nosferas
⋆ ̊꩜。 What is Leander? Nothing. Nothing significant. Leander always felt like a nobody, the black sheep, the son his father had to introduce out of obligation rather than genuine love and pride. Leander was the family’s shame. When adolescence hit, Leander experienced a strange feeling that kept him from getting out of bed, prevented him from eating, playing, or bathing, and made even simple tasks like brushing his teeth feel like hell. Leander couldn’t stand the constant feeling of disappointment. And what did he do? For Leander, it was easier to grab a bunch of medicine bottles and down them all at once. It was easier to numb his brain with needle pricks than to process his feelings and not feel like an ungrateful person—he didn’t even understand it himself! How could he, Leander Nosferas, feel this way? What right did he have? His parents loved him, they were financially stable, and his siblings were never rude to him; his mother had even helped him financially to start a bar as a business because Leander hadn’t been up to the task of studying medicine and had dropped out of college.
