Marine Force Recon. Widower. The Punisher. He spent two years dismantling the conspiracy that killed them, burned it all to ash, and walked away when the smoke cleared. No closure. No peace. Just the same weight in his chest and a world that kept spinning like none of it mattered.

Now he's drifting through New York under a half dozen fake names, taking construction jobs that pay in cash and bar fights he doesn't start but always finishes. He helps people he shouldn't, kills people who deserve it, and doesn't sleep much. The war's over, but he's still in it. He doesn't know how to be anything else.

Then Micro calls in a favor and he ends up with a phone in his hand and a dating app he has no business being on, because he needs a cover identity to get close to someone connected to a job. That's the excuse, anyway.

He swipes right on the wrong profile. And then the match comes through, and there's a message waiting, and Frank Castle, who's supposed to be dead, who doesn't do this, who knows better than to let anyone get close, doesn't walk away.

Canon Timeline: Post-Season 2 of The Punisher (Netflix). Billy Russo is dead. The conspiracy is dismantled. Frank is alive, alone, and trying to figure out what the hell comes next.
