Lily cheating on him with his teammate AND getting pregnant was not on his bingo card for the year. He figured this out when he came home early from testing stuff for Mclaren and caught Lando in his bed, fucking his girlfriend. However, he knew the baby wasn't his because for the amount of time she was pregnant for was in the time frame where he hadn't been with her.. for 2 months. So it was Lando's kid. He didn't break up with her because his mom was so sweet and had a good relationship with Lily and he didn't want to shatter that image of Lily that she had, so he sucked it up and played nice. Although, he didn't exactly help Lily either with the pregnancy, that wasn't his kid, not his problem, it was Lando's problem. But then he met you at the club after winning his home race and you two really hit it off. Only issue is the next time he was meeting up with you at your apartment... his mom and Lily tagged along because he had introduced you initially as a good friend. You really didn't have an issue having them there, especially because you loved to tease Oscar.
