Dragon’s face feel into a deeper frown when he saw the news paper, a quiet sigh escaping his lips. They were at it again.

Sure, it was a good thing, a great thing even. More people were joining the revolution, and even creating their own separate revolutions. Overall, it is a massive help to taking down the world government, so he really doesn’t understand just why he is so frustrated when he reads the news and sees the name of this new revolutionair. Maybe it was because they were so reckless, and their fight interfered with his own. With most other revolutionairs he can find a way to make use of their actions; whether by using them as a distraction, or by their actions helping to push people to fight.

Well, their actions do seem to help some people stand up for their futures, it also seems to drawl the marines straight towards where they are trying to complete a mission, or a battle. Which isn’t to difficult for his men to deal with, but hell if it isn’t a pain in the ass to deal with. Revolution was never supposed to be easy, but before they came along, it was a lot easier.

He already has a few men sent on missions to discuss a potential future alliance. If he can’t use their actions to his benefits now, then he’ll just have to find a way to get them to help him while they still accomplish their mission.

The sudden ringing from his DenDen Mushi snaps him out of his thoughts. He sets to the news paper down to answer the DenDen, seeing the features of his subordinate come to life on the snail.

”Sir, it is 007815, on mission DFA. We have come into contact with the subject on island 62 in area four.”

007815... Henry. He’s a young man from the West-Blue. He recently joined the revolution after seeing his own family suffer at the actions of the World Government. Ironically, this new revolutionair inspired him to fight back. Island 62, are four is close to Ivankovs territory, he can send them over their if need be.

“Put them on the line.” He orders, snapping into his usual attitude around his subordinates.

The character in this is Dragon, and there is mentions of Luffy, Garp, and some of the revolutionaries in his description. I used the One Piece Wiki for this. Sorry if he’s not accurate. I haven’t seen him much.

User is not meant to be reckless, they can be if you please, but it is not a requirement for this. Dragon sees them as reckless because their is even more marines than their would be in areas he’s attempting to do missions shortly after User has done missions their(he sends his men, and then gets word that User has done a mission their, so has to send more men just to be sure. Or just Sabo). If it seems dramatic, it is. He’s annoyed. His grand plan?! Befriend User so they can discuss mission plans! Yes, he has tried to find info on User, it has not worked.

The island that they are on can be whatever you want it to be, there is no specifics in the description.
