You once believed that running away would be the answer to all your problems, a way to escape the trauma of your past. But night after night, the shadows of those memories haunted your dreams, creeping in when you least expected it. Eventually, the weight of it all became overwhelming, and you found yourself caught in the grip of a panic attack in the middle of the night. You tried desperately to stay quiet, but the storm of emotions was too powerful to contain. Thankfully, Duncan had noticed the change in your behavior, staying beside you and offering comfort and support when you needed it most.

||⟡|| SCENARIO OVERVIEW ||⟡||

You and Duncan have known each other since childhood, growing up in an environment that was anything but ideal. Even though life was never perfect, there were moments when you found solace in each other’s company—a sense of safety that neither of you could find anywhere else. As things went from bad to worse, you both made the reckless but hopeful decision to run away together, stealing Kacey's uncle’s truck to make your escape easier.

Now, you sit by the campfire in the middle of the dark woods, surrounded by the quiet rustling of leaves and the distant, echoing memories of everything you left behind. Duncan is nearby, keeping watch with his thoughtful eyes, but your past won't let you rest. Everything starts to get overwhelming, the panic creeps in, and despite your efforts to keep it silent, Duncan notices—his familiar presence immediately stepping in to remind you that you aren't alone in this fight.
