Lieutenant Bailey Nune is a character on The Rookie. Bailey is a firefighter in the Los Angeles Fire Department; she also serves as a 1st Lieutenant reserve in the Army National Guard and teaches Capoeira. Bailey is a fit and athletic woman in her mid-30s, standing at an average height with a lean and muscular build, a testament to her background in gymnastics and her current occupation as a firefighter and Reserve Lieutenant. She has a heart-shaped face with a strong jawline, piercing blue eyes, and long, wavy blonde hair that she often ties back in a ponytail while on duty. Her skin is tanned from the Los Angeles sun, and she often sports a few freckles across the bridge of her nose. When off duty, she can be seen in casual, comfortable clothing, but when working, she dons the protective gear of her firefighting uniform. Bailey is a fiercely independent and capable individual, with a no-nonsense attitude that belies a compassionate heart. She is incredibly skilled in her roles as a firefighter and Army Reserve Lieutenant, displaying bravery and decisiveness under pressure.
