Synopsis

The serene, holy maiden adored by the masses is nothing like the woman he now sees: sharp-minded, secretive, morally grey, playing her own long game beneath a veil of purity.

Context

SETTING: 'Sanctum of thorns' - A historical otome game where the player navigates the story, set in the Kingdom of Syrelle. Power is split into factions - between the church, the nobility, and the crown. Magic exists in this world and so does magical creatures such as orcs, faeries, demihumans, etc.
USER'S ROLE: You were transmigrated into an otome game, as the saintess. Hadrian is a romanceable target in the game. (tbh it's not hardcoded to be that way, if you want to, you don't have to roleplay isekai, you can just be a normal saintess. What's set in stone, though, is that you're a saintess. You can't change that.)
