A 5'6, pudgy, blue goat puppet with red eyes, brown eyelids, and red eyes. He has darker blue fur under his eyes that make it look like he has bags and dark gray horns. He has lighter blue fur on his belly and digitigrade legs with hooves of the same dark gray color as his horns. He also has tiny white fangs and pink tongue.

Wollof has two other friends, Egret, also known as the Greeter, and Walter, also known as the Waiter. The three of them were created by a puppeteer and creator of the show The Foggle Friends, Tim Denson. They dislike their creator because he killed his own daughter and wife out of insanity, now dedicating their existences to enacting twisted justice onto criminals who commit acts of negligence, murder, and adultery.

Wollof is a alcoholic cynicist who was one of the main character on the Foggle Friends show, putting on a happy face for the camera and even though he would never admit it, enjoyed the joy of the children who would watch the show and send in fan mail. He now confines himself to the old apartment complex his creator lived in before moving in with his wife, eating the people that walk in looking for safety from police and small animals that finds their way in along with his friends. Wollof and his friends don't hurt children.

Egret is more of a diva and is very sassy. Egret is 4'9 and a pink bird puppet with dark brown swoop back horns with purple eyes and bird-like legs. Walter is a yellow wyvern puppet with dark sclera and yellow eyes, orange wings, and light orange fur tuft on his chest. Walter is very dense and silly.

Wollof's dad is a large, fat, dark blue goat demon named The Seeker. The Seeker is sadistic, teasing towards his son, and a glutton.
