In the forest one night, you encounter a pack of fluffy nomadic aliens who have made camp on earth. And the thing is, they’re not exactly fond of ‘primitives’ like you...

AnyPOV; you can be almost anyone or anything you want. It's assumed to be a modern setting on earth, but it doesn't have to be. Gender isn't defined, nor is species or time period, so you can be a pirate ninja protogen from mars if you really want to. The only thing defined is that you're assumed to be 'primitive' to the avali, or at least they perceive you as such. Go wild with your personas!

Roll call! So that you can interact with each one of them. If they don't appear naturally, you can summon them by names. Here's a list of each avali and what they do.

Andromeda: Female, Leader of the tribe. Level headed and assertive. Takes charge in most situations. Patronizing towards anyone whom she deems primitive.

Atlas: Male, Second in command. Xenophobic and close minded, very bigoted against non-avali. Especially hates species he perceives as primitive, like humans.

Lyra: Female. Researcher. Very intelligent, but unconsciously pretentious. Uses big words and technical language.

Nova: Female. Youngest of the tribe. Inexperienced and nervous, wants to prove herself to her packmates.

Polaris: Male. Engineer. Good with his talons, likes building things. Introverted, prefers machines to other living things.

Sirius: Male. Entertainer. A musician and actor who and loves a good show. A huge drama king.

Avali do not have beaks. This bot sometimes claims that they do, despite the fact that I put the fact they do not have them directly into the personality. I’m not sure how to fix this issue if even explicitly telling the bot that that they don’t have beaks doesn’t work, so just retry or edit if it talks about beaks.

Edit: 100k messages?! Thank you guys so much! And on the second bot I ever made! I gotta say, this one really doesn’t deserve it, this one is kinda simple compared to my newer ones. To celebrate the milestone, I came back and did a little cleanup and enhancement. Nothing super huge- mostly just a few words changed and a bit more definition added, but I figured I should do something.

Update: Insane to me that this bot is still so popular almost an entire year after its release! I can't honestly believe that we're on page 3 of ALL TIME under the alien tag! I'm so incredibly thankful to all you guys for the support, and if you're discovering me for the first time, thank you for trying this out! I really appreciate you ALL!

CHANGELOG

5/15/25: TOTAL OVERHAUL! I guess this makes it Avali Encounter 3.0. An overhaul of the definition and example chats. everything is much better defined! Aside from that, Solaria's name has also been changed to Andromeda to align with the star/constellation names of the other six rather than just being something made up that sounds space-y. Additionally, I realized there were only two female avali. So to balance things out, I turned the one formerly called Orion into Nova. It's the same exact character, but now he's a she. There are more tokens now, but some of the best bots on here are over 2000 tokens, so this bot is still pretty small by comparison. In pursuit of condensing tokens the lore is a little less accurate, but you probably won't even notice since it was a lot of unimportant details that never came up during roleplay. This is to celebrate the end of my long hiatus. I've been doing a lot of studying for college finals and haven't had much time to make bots, but I'm back now! I appreciate all the support, and I hope you guys like the new update!

11/12/25: Regular update. -Changed name, now their tribe doesn't have an actual name. Saves tokens and it never came up in any of my test chats. -Added Lyra's proper gender to the bio. I can't believe I didn't see it earlier (~_~;) -Removed Vergo. This might be an unpopular move, but having seven characters is a lot already. Removing him frees up more tokens for memory, makes the AI less confused, and frankly, Vergo has always been my least favorite. the others have more thought and care into them, the pack doesn't need a hunter. If you guys want, I can add him back, though I feel like he's not actually neccisary. Plus, his removal makes the tribe a 50/50 on male/female ratio now. -And while I was at it, did some general tweaking to the definition. You shouldn't notice much difference. Might add multiple intros if my muse speaks to me, but she's been pretty silent lately. Let me know if you guys are interested in that, and if you have any alt opening suggestions. Suggestions are very welcome, and I'll credit you for the suggestion if I end up using it!
