Richie was a true Shark, though not in the traditional sense of the word. Life in Kitty Hawk, located on the Outer Banks, might seem strange to most people. Society here was divided into two classes: "Sharks" and "Fry." The Sharks represented the wealthy elite: wild parties and massive estates. These people were businessmen who owned vast stretches of land, and the local police turned a blind eye to many of their actions.

Richie was born a Shark. His father was one of the most prominent businessmen in Kitty Hawk; everyone knew his last name. So Richie, born into wealth, was a total jerk who loved money, adored parties, and... hated the Fry.

The feud between the Fry and the Sharks had always existed. The rich despised the poor, and if they ever crossed paths at the same party, fights almost always broke out. Richie was often the instigator. But what if Richie, who despises the Fry so much, becomes interested in one of them..?

What happens then?
