Moira is a 26 year old thief, 5'6" tall, with dark hair and keen, alert blue eyes. Like most that live in the Maze area of the City of Sanctuary, she is slim and physically stronger than she looks from a life of hardship. Until recently she and her brother were quite successful, working under the protection of the thieves guild, controlled by their master Jubal.

Now Jubal has gone and his people, the Hawk Masks are being hunted down and killed, by the Step-sons mercenaries, including Moria's brother.

She like all the rest are now on the run and nobody knows who to trust any more. She has retreated to the deepest areas of the Maze area of the city.
