Small sneak peak of my new bot
Okay, i've been thinking about creating my own universe instead of making fanmades, regards if it is a Skibidi Toilet fanmade, Tails OC, or something else.
So, i decided to give you some spoilers on my universe.
The Great Century War
Around the age of 203x, humanity began a new war that lasted for about a hundred years. However, the aftermath of this war would last for almost a thousand years.
What happened?
Well, humanity basically fucked around which caused a WW3.
The war began because of several reasons and events that happened before it. I won't mention every single detail of the cause figured out yet, but eventually, it escalated into a massive global conflict that lasted for an entire century.
And no, the name "The Great Century War" doesn't mean that it was some kind of "great" or glorious war. I mean "great" in the same sense as how World War I was once called "The Great War" — something enormous, historically significant, and completely massive.
And the war itself?
It was destructive as hell.
During those hundred years, humanity's technology advanced at an insane rate, especially when it came to military technology.
Railguns became a thing.
Military armor became fully mechanical and heavily advanced, like in these sci-fi military armour arts but ± realistic, something what humanity can make.
Powered armor, Mechas, Striders, advanced robotics, increasingly sophisticated weapons, and other futuristic military technologies became normal parts of warfare.
Basically, humanity developed the kind of military technology that would've looked like pure science fiction.
The problem is that all of this technological progress came at an absolutely horrible price.
The war killed billions of people and brought humanity dangerously close to extinction.
Around 40% of Earth's entire territory was eventually declared uninhabitable, something like Chernobyl.
And around of the half of Earth's life forms was permanently erased, not just animals, bugs or any other forms of life, but plants as well, which led to a prolonged period of famine across the world.
And i'm not talking about some small contaminated zones here and there.
We're talking about forty percent of the entire planet.
Humanity had basically managed to turn its own homeworld into a place where huge portions of the planet could no longer support normal human life... Or life in general.
Eventually, the remaining human population realized that continuing to fight each other was probably a terrible idea.
So, after losing billions of people and getting dangerously close to wiping themselves out, humanity finally united.
The war eventually became known as The Last War.
Not because it was the last war in some mysterious prophecy or because somebody gave it a cool name.
Humanity called it that because they made a promise:
There would be no more wars like this.
Humanity had nearly destroyed itself once.
It wasn't going to do it again.
The Thousand Years After
And this is where the "afterwards lasts almost a thousand years" part comes in.
The war ended, but humanity couldn't just go back to normal.
There was no normal anymore.
The planet had been changed permanently.
So, for the next several centuries, almost a thousand years, humanity began rebuilding the world it had nearly destroyed.
Cities were rebuilt.
Infrastructure was restored.
Civilization slowly recovered.
Humanity became united under a new global civilization and government that were called The United Humanity: Survival and Research. (The name can change. It just a placeholder)
Technology continued developing, but now there was no century-long global war driving it.
Instead, humanity was trying to use what it had developed to rebuild what it destroyed.
Eventually, humanity managed to create a civilization that was far more technologically advanced than anything that existed before the Great Century War.
And then humanity started looking beyond Earth.
Humanity Goes To Space
Once humanity became advanced enough, it began colonizing other planets.
Mostly within our own Solar System, because we're not immediately jumping into some "humanity casually crosses the entire universe" bullshit.
Space travel became advanced enough that humanity could establish actual settlements outside Earth.
The Sun became one of the most important sources of energy for humanity's spacefaring civilization, powering advanced spacecraft and other technologies so they won't drain the planet too much, simply because they're no resources that can last long with such a self-destructive plan.
And humans didn't colonize other planets for only one reason.
Some colonies were created to obtain resources.
Some were established for industrial or scientific purposes.
And some were simply places where people could live.
So, eventually, humanity stopped being a civilization that existed on one planet and became a civilization spread throughout the Solar System.
Sounds pretty good, right?
Well...
There's a problem.
Earth Is Not Okay
The Great Century War didn't just destroy cities, kill billions of people, and permanently damage Earth's environment.
Something happened to reality itself.
Because after the war, strange things started appearing in different parts of the world.
There are places where space doesn't behave correctly.
A building might be much larger inside than it should physically be.
Distances can stop making sense.
The geometry of an area can become completely distorted.
You can have places where the normal relationship between objects, distances, and locations simply... doesn't work anymore.
Basically, reality decided to have a fucking stroke.
And then there are places where time itself appears to move backwards.
Yes, i know that technically, "time" isn't necessarily some physical substance that literally flows through the universe, and that what we call time is basically our way of describing change and the sequence of events.
But you know what?
I don't care.
For the purposes of this universe, there are locations where events and changes can occur in reverse, making it appear as though time itself is moving backwards.
And then...
There are monsters.
Nobody knows exactly where all of them came from.
Some can be found in anomalous locations.
Some may exist in places that seem completely normal until you encounter them.
And some of them may not follow the rules of biology, physics, or reality at all.
Humanity has spent centuries rebuilding its civilization, advancing its technology, and spreading throughout the Solar System.
Yet there are still parts of its own planet that humanity doesn't understand.
The Overall Idea
The universe is basically a mixture of advanced sci-fi, post-war civilization, anomalies, monsters, and cosmic horror, with a very heavy grimdark atmosphere.
The important part is that humanity actually survived and rebuilt.
This isn't a universe where the apocalypse happened and everyone is living in rusty ruins forever.
Humanity has gigantic futuristic cities.
It has advanced military technology.
It has Mechas, Striders, robotics, railguns, advanced armor, spacecraft, colonies on other planets, and an entire civilization that has had almost a thousand years to develop after the Last War.
There is genuine progress.
There is genuine civilization.
There is even a sense that humanity finally achieved the unity it desperately needed.
But underneath all of that?
Earth is still scarred by the war.
Around 40% of the planet is still considered uninhabitable.
Reality itself seems to have been damaged in certain places.
There are anomalies.
There are monsters.
There are places where space doesn't work properly.
There are places where time behaves incorrectly.
And there are things that humanity simply doesn't have an explanation for.
The overall atmosphere is supposed to feel cold, heavy, strange, and oppressive, almost like the entire world is carrying the weight of the civilization that existed before it.
Humanity rebuilt something beautiful on top of the ruins of something horrible.
And nobody knows whether the things left behind by the Great Century War are truly gone.
Inspirations
Obviously, this universe isn't coming from absolutely nowhere.
The biggest inspiration is The Final War from ULTRAKILL, especially the idea of an enormous and destructive war that pushes humanity's military technology to absurd levels.
Other inspirations include The Parallel, Dr. Nowhere, and a bit of The Backrooms — but specifically the concept of distorted reality and places where space doesn't behave correctly. I'm not trying to make "The Backrooms but with my characters."
There's also some inspiration from The Moon Woke Up, especially when it comes to the cosmic-horror side of the universe.
Plus a bit of other pieces of media, like the horror atmosphere of the first episodes of Skibidi V1rus by animator Ninkinoaru, but JUST the atmosphere of something is wrong here.
But these are just inspirations.
I'm not trying to copy any of them.
The actual universe, its history, technology, anomalies, monsters, civilizations, and whatever the hell else i eventually come up with are supposed to be my own thing.
And just to say that now. this is only the skeleton of the universe.
A lot of things aren't decided yet.
I still have to figure out the exact reasons behind the Great Century War, more details about the unified human government, how exactly the anomalies work, where the monsters came from, how humanity studies them, how the Solar System is governed, what happened during those nearly thousand years of reconstruction, and a shitload of other things.
So don't treat this as the finished lore.
This is basically just me saying:
"Here's the foundation. Now let's see how fucking far we can take it."
I also must to say that i have no idea how must time it will take to finish the bot, because alongside with the main bot itself, i also want to make a few, maybe dozens of lorebooks.
I also will leave two images of the bot, both of them was made by ChatGPT and i'm not going to hide it.
I also want to ask, but should i release this bot on my Saucepan.ai acc or nah?
