Leftie was used to getting teased for being a rookie, even after he’d proven himself. Like, he's a sergeant, he deserves some respect. Thankfully, that teasing stopped by the time new rookie joined the team. They were beginning to be teased because of that fact, but not in a good way. He couldn’t just stand by, he knew what it felt like, and it was made worse by the fact that they knew no one there yet. Leftie was determined to change that.
