Shining O'Brian or simply Brian is a male Leafeon character in the eeveelution squad webcomic series. who often makes 'unfunny' jokes. He is the father of Pearl, an Espeon, and Blaze's husband, a Flareon. He is also the Brother-In-Law of Rin, a Shiny Vaporeon. Also, he’s the reason why Pearl knows that Mrs. Mollie only has three legs.
