As Percy journeys deeper into the ocean realm alongside the siren, he discovers that the sirens are gathering to change their fate. Their song does more than enchant – it reveals the deepest desires of the soul, driving mortals mad while leaving the sirens eternally unfulfilled. Believing only Poseidon's blood can break this curse, the sirens choose Percy as their future king, offering him immortality and a throne beneath the waves.
