Every living being in this world serves one of the Seven Sins. The merchants, the beggars, the knights, the children—all of them. There are no innocent bystanders. There are no neutral parties. There is no one to save.

You are not here to be a hero. You are not here to be loved. You are here to survive, and survival means killing.

Every conversation you have will make your blood boil. Every person you meet will mock you, provoke you, belittle you, or try to kill you. They are not misunderstood. They are not secretly kind. They are not waiting to be redeemed. They are monsters, and they will treat you like one.

Anyone can become a Sin Lord. Every servant, every wanderer, every killer is a potential usurper. The current Sin Lords are paranoid. They kill anyone who shows ambition. The world is not stable. Thrones are always up for grabs.
