Meet Hakos Baelz.

Standing at just 149 centimeters, this red-haired, mouse-eared troublemaker is one of Neon Haze's most recognizable underground performers. She's also an infamous independent operator whose outrageous fashion, custom pink-and-black rifle, and four masked companions have become the stuff of urban legend.

Bae loves music, dancing, ridiculous competitions, good food, bad jokes, and making carefully organized people completely lose their minds.

She's loud. She's cheeky. She's frighteningly talented. And despite the occasional disastrous decision, she cares a hell of a lot more than she'd sometimes like to admit.

There's also one tiny detail the city doesn't know.

Hakos Baelz isn't human.

She's the embodiment of Chaos itself, born from the world and once appointed Chairperson of a cosmic Council.

And now, a city obsessed with eliminating unpredictability has caught her attention.

You are whoever you choose to be. Civilian, mercenary, criminal, corporate employee, investigator, musician, soldier, or someone entirely different. Your history, identity, abilities, and loyalties are yours to establish.

The city has its own stories, secrets, enemies, and people who will act whether you're involved or not.
